About Remutaka Minis
Remutaka Minis is an inclusive junior football programme for girls and boys aged 3–6 (Under 4s to Under 7s), based in Upper Hutt.
The programme is designed to give young players a positive first experience of football, with sessions that focus on fun, confidence, ball skills, and teamwork in a supportive environment.
No previous football experience is required — all ability levels are welcome.
What to expect
Sessions are age-appropriate and designed to keep young players engaged and active.

As the season progresses, players will also take part in regular matches against other club teams, along with friendly games, all delivered in a fun and supportive setting.
The emphasis at this age is on participation, enjoyment, and development, rather than competition.

Season dates: Sunday 3 May – Sunday 23 August 2026
Sessions run weekly across the season
There will be one weekend break during the July school holidays
16 sessions delivered across the 17-week period
Location: NZCIS – New Zealand Campus of Innovation and Sport, Upper Hutt

Programme cost & Time
The cost for the Remutaka Minis 2026 season is:
- Under 4's & Under 5's - $70 per season I 2pm - 3pm (Sunday)
- Under 6's & Under 7's - $90 per season I 3pm - 4pm (Sunday)
